We are offering eligible businesses the opportunity to work with a digital marketing company or digital expert to have a bespoke digital marketing campaign or bespoke digital health check created for your business free of charge. Support will also be provided to help you implement the recommendations.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

We can help you understand how to deliver digital marketing campaigns and utilise paid for advertising, ranging from Google to social platforms 

Each eligible business will work with a Digital Marketing Company who will design and deliver a bespoke Digital Marketing Campaign centred on increasing the online reach of the allocated business.

Each individual marketing campaign will include a spend of £750 directly on paid advertising.

We have procured a Digital Marketing Company who will be able to advise you on which method of digital marketing would produce the best results for your business, its product, and client base, including supporting existing channels that your business currently uses and any new channels to help your business achieve its communication objectives.

Businesses who meet the below eligibility criteria may be able to benefit from a fully-funded digital marketing campaign with an emphasis on the use of paid advertising.

Businesses must;

• Be a small to medium-sized business (have less than 250 employees);
• Be operating within Wallsend Town Centre
• Have at least one existing social media page such as Facebook, Twitter and / or Instagram
• Be able to evidence that they are a trading business;

Digital Health Check

We know that many businesses already use digital tools and applications within their business, but we also know that for some businesses its difficult to see a return on efforts or they can feel disheartened or even have low confidence when it comes to managing these tools and applications. 

We will support your business with a Digital Health Check. 

The aim of the Health Check is to:

• Identify any digital activity currently being undertaken within the business and
• Identify any opportunities to further develop and improve the use of digital tools within the business. 

After the Health Check: 

• 3 hours 1:1 with the digital expert to talk through the findings and support them to the implement recommendations and develop the future digital plans of the business.

Businesses who meet the below eligibility criteria may be able to benefit from a fully-funded digital health check from a digital expert.

Businesses must;

• Be a small to medium-sized business (have less than 250 employees);
• Be operating within Wallsend Town Centre
• Have at least one digital channel – for example, a website, social media page (Facebook, Twitter and / or Instagram)
• Be able to evidence that they are a trading business;
